Girl: Front & Back

A head shot...

I took two photos and drew them using the photos as reference. In both photographs the direction of the light was different. I should have thought of that before this but I only just thought of it. (T_T)

This time I used a 2B mech pencil, 2B pencil and a HB pencil. Paper was some random drawing block left over.

Time; about five hours but not straight. I finished the front shot first, went to sleep and started drawing the back shot in the afternoon of the next day. Technically, that should be more than five hours right?


Again, this was photographed then uploaded so the quality's not that good. Not that it looked any better in real life anyway.... but, hey...



I'm thinking of doing a whole lot more stuff like this. It's fun. (-_-)

On another different (slightly saner than previous different note) note, I am surprised when I heard my youngest brother say something that actually made sense. I know, he's 9, he should be capable of coherent thought and yet to me, all this while, he was my stupid, very manja, younger brother. The one who likes to eat eggs with anything. Hearing him say something that actually made sense, was a surprise to me.



Maybe it's because I'm always away.... hmmmmmmm..... So I wasn't witness to his growing up.




Oh, and anyone watched the Academy Awards? Hugh Jackman's opening song was hilarious. I loved it. The best presenters for me were Steve Martin and Tina Fey. Really nice....



Ahh, the Academy Awards. Sometimes, I wish they'd just cut out the accepting speeches. It's boring and I have no idea who they are thanking anyway.




Allright, it's already rather late... should I finish my current project now or put it of till morning?

at the end, there's always a beginning

So.... yeah...

HOLIDAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOoOOOoooooOOOOOoo!!!!

I've finished my remedial papers yesterday and now I'm officially on holiday. Hahaha....

I'm bored.

But that's normal...

Thus, so ends my third semester... Will I fail spectacularly? Will I succeed gracefully?

Yeah... who cares. I'm just glad I can wake up late. Haha.

So, we'll be moving, my housemates and I, tomorrow.

To a new 'kosan'... It's hella expensive but.... yeah.... beggers can't really be choosers. Ikat perut beramai2. Ahahaha...

I've still got some packing to do. Books mostly and some odds and ends. Here's the time you start thinking; "Why the heck did I keep this?" and throw it into the plastic bag labeled 'Junk'.

Tomorrow, a lorry will come to take all our stuff to our new digs. I'm sort of looking forward to it. As soon as I can get my lazy ass of my bed, that is.

Then after that, I'm going home!!!! Yeah... Malaysia Here I COME!!!!

On Sunday to be exact.

So I've one day to get the feel of my new digs and then, I'm jetting off. Hahaha...

It's sort of all packed up, you know?

Yesterday, I took my paper. Today I'm (supposed to be) packing, tomorrow I'm moving. Then I've got one whole day of unpacking and getting the feel of the new house. Sunday morning, I'll be off.

I miss my home. Hahaha.... I haven't been home for .... what...5 months? Give or take.

I don't really mind being here anymore but, yeah...home is home... Nothing can quite replace that.

My dad told me once that I've actually left home from the first time I went to boarding school at the tender age of 13.

It's kind of true, when you think about it. Spending most of the year away from home. Though Tualang's asrama can't really be said for anything much because I still go home every two weeks on the weekends.

It's kinda sad... hahah (;^_^A

Btw, it seems that the mold from hell has made a comeback. It grows again after only two days!

Ughhhh..... It's disgusting.

Methinks it's time to invest on a new wardrobe.

Yeahh....methinks I shall be very pokai next month as well. Hahaha

first things first though... I am an otaku, I love japanese music and watch japanese dramas.

Another thing you should know, is that I'm a BIG, Arashi fan. BIIIIIGGGG.... Everest got nothing on me kinda big...

So, on this beautiful Sunday morning, while having breakfast, I set about to haunting my favourite blogs out there on Arashi...

So being the ever thirsty Arashi fangirl, I looked into it.



And guess what,......... this very lucky girl.............GOT TO MEET SAKURAI SHO!!!!

Not to mention she told him she knew who Arashi was and Sho actually asked her to sing some Arashi songs and he sang with her and he asked her how did she know Arashi and she and her friend gave him a birthday present *(IN PERSON)*... plus some other presents for the Arashi guys...and oh god, she got to SHAKE HIS HAND!..

yeah... i utterly fail....but I fail happily.

So according to her report, Sho-kun was actually pretty shocked to know that Arashi was really popular in the US...

oh and slight intermission: Sakurai Sho was in New York recently, when I don't remember (I fail as an Arashi fan), at the Comic Con to promote his new movie "Yatterman". That's when this transaction happened.

Just imagine the horde of fangirls flocking to the Comic Con...

So yeah, I am now, utterly jealous yet very happy for this girl.

I hope someone uploads the vid on youtube (she was actually doing an interview [being interviewed??] for Sho-kun's news programme; News Zero). I would so like to see this....

Anyway, congratz u. Don't wash that hand for at least a couple of months (>_<)

BTW, if any I were in her shoes and was asked to sing, I probably wouldn't even be able to remember the lyrics, much less answer any of his questions coherently. (T_T)

I really shud be packing you know. Or at least sorting out my stuff and all that...

but I don't want to... Not yet anyway.

The floor's cold incidently... It's been cold almost everyday. You'd think a tropical country would at least be warm... Yeah, goes to show how global warming isn't a myth... (hmm, sumhow I find that rather ironic)...

Due to the cold and humid weather we've been having, some mold apparently thought it prudent to grow in my wardrobe...

so yeah, just finished cleaning that out.

I have tons to do. Yet I'm not doing them...
